What is the construction timeline?

Tentative completion dates:
Retail Space – Spring 2021
Riverside Restaurant – Spring 2021
Pool – Spring 2021
Boat Slips – Late Spring 2021

Do you offer tours?

Yes! You can take a virtual tour online or make an appointment for an in-person tour, weekdays between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and Saturdays between 11:00 an and 3:00 pm. Schedule a tour online or call us at (518) 478-1172.

Is there covered parking?

Yes, limited underground parking is available in buildings 25, 20 and 30. Building 15 has off street parking only.

Is there a cost for parking?

Underground parking with a two bedroom apartment is included in the rent. Underground parking for our one bedroom apartments is $75 per month. All apartments are limited to one spot only. There is no cost for off-street outdoor parking.

Are there electric car charging stations on the property?

Electric car charging stations are coming in 2021! They will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis at three different locations on the property.

Is there additional storage available?

Yes, storage space is available for rent in the common hallways of buildings 20 and 30. Open to residents in any building.

What’s included in the rent?

Access to all amenities in the Starbuck Island community, including the pool, gym, walking paths, amphitheater and clubhouse. A $35 per month utility fee includes high speed internet, cable, trash, water and sewer.

Who provides internet and cable?

Epproach Communications provides our internet and World Cinema provides our cable.

What is the largest apartment?

Our two bedroom apartment with a den is our largest unit. There are 8 of these on the entire property, 4 each in buildings 20 and 30.

Are rents negotiable?

No, the rents listed for our Troy apartments are non-negotiable.

Are any units for sale?

At this time, our Troy luxury apartments are only available to lease.

Are any apartments pet-friendly?

Yes, Starbuck Island is pleased to offer pet-friendly apartments in Troy NY. There is a limit of one pet per apartment, and a maximum weight of 35 lbs. Aggressive dog breeds are not allowed. We charge a one-time, non-refundable fee of $350 and a $20 monthly pet fee. Please call the office at (518) 478-1172 for additional requirements and documentation.

What types of retail shops and services are available on the property?

Starbuck Island’s retail space is expected to open in the spring of 2021. As of January, we have a confirmed a liquor store and a beauty salon.

What is there to do nearby?

Starbuck Island is located just across the Green Island Bridge from Downtown Troy, where you’ll find plenty of things to do and places to explore. As a Starbuck Island resident, you can easily walk to dozens of restaurants and dining options, as well as a number of Brooklyn-style breweries, unique shops and art galleries. In the warmer months, Troy boasts the area’s largest Farmers’ Market, and a free summer concert series in Riverfront Park. Explore Downtown Troy.
