What is the construction timeline?

Tentative completion dates:
Building 25 – March 2020
Building 30 – August 2020
Building 20 – November 2020
Pool – Spring 2021
Gym – August 2020
Retail Space – Fall 2020

Since you’re in construction, how do I hold an apartment?

For building 25, you can submit an application, walk through the construction zone with us, and sign your lease with a security deposit.

We will be accepting applications for Building 30 at the end of February 2020. This building is pre-leasing only, so we are looking for signed leases to hold these apartments, even though we may not be able to show them until late summer. You will rely on the comparable units in building 25 to determine your interest in building 30.

Is there underground parking?

Yes, limited parking is available in buildings 25, 20 and 30. Building 15 has off street parking only.

Is there a cost for parking?

Underground parking with a two bedroom apartment is included in the rent. Underground parking for our one bedroom apartments is $75 per month. All apartments are limited to one spot only. There is no cost for off street outdoor parking.

Will there be additional storage available?

Yes, storage space will be available for rent in the common hallways of buildings 20 and 30. Open to residents in any building.

What is your largest apartment?

Our two bedroom apartment with a den is our largest unit. There will only be 8 of these on the entire property, 4 each in buildings 20 and 30.

Are rents negotiable?

No, the rents listed for our Troy apartments are non-negotiable.

Are any units for sale?

At this time, Starbuck Island Luxury Apartments are only available to lease.

What’s included in the rent?

Access to all amenities in the Starbuck Island community, including the pool, gym, walking paths, amphitheater and clubhouse. A $35 per month utility fee includes high speed internet, cable, trash, water and sewer.

Who provides internet and cable?

Epproach Communications provides our internet and World Cinema provides our cable.
