Pet Policy

Starbuck Island is pleased to offer pet friendly apartments in Troy NY. We require all pet owners to abide by local town and village animal licensing requirements and to keep vaccinations and flea treatments up to date. In addition, animals should not bark or be a nuisance to other residents, and must be under the owner’s control at all times.

  • 2 pet maximum for pets 15 lbs. and under
  • 1 pet maximum for pets over 15 lbs.
  • Maximum weight limit for pets is 35 lbs. (call for details)
  • No puppies or kittens (must be a year or older)
  • Must be spayed/neutered
  • No aggressive dog breeds
  • Non-refundable $350 pet deposit due upon move-in for 1 pet, $550 for 2 pets
  • $20 Monthly Pet Fee
